Its 26th Jan 2022, exactly year before there was a big drama of implicating farmers protest as terrorists rally. All the godi media were busy sensationalizing farmer's march as anti national activity. And year later prime sevak bowed his head fearing loss in elections. In the run up to this a toolkit was discovered by the police and environmentalist Disha Ravi was arrested for being part of the social media management of the farmer protest.

There was fake online controversy which pulled up Disha Ravi and termed her as a abhrahamic. Thanks to a fearless judge who laid thread bare about constitutional rights and hidden ill feel towards the protesters by those in power especially by the prime sevak who invented term called andolanjeevi to rebuke the protesting souls.

Coming back to the importance of 26th January While our Independence Day celebrates freedom from British Rule, Republic Day commemorates the constitution coming into force. January 26 was the chosen date since it was on this day in 1929 that the Indian National Congress issued the Declaration of Indian Independence (Purna Swaraj), opposing the British Regime's Dominion status.  

Just identifying one day to mark our Independence and republic ideas doesn't to any justice to the character of the country. Every day when power decides future course of action without consulting its citizens marks the encroaching that pretty scarce freedom space. Every day when citizens make the power bow down to their aspirations marks the addition of same pretty scarce space.

And more the people near to the almighty more were they regarded as the ones higher in the stratification of the society.

There is absolutely no problem with that group who enjoy more push up from the society. Who might not enjoy for the respect and highlight which is received by birth without any additional effort. They are fed with golden spoon, exposed to best environment and given best options to proceed with their livelihood.

But harrowing time is for those who have options only to bow down linked to their birth. This stratification which is arranged in showing a particular segment to flutter attached to the strings of top level. They are expected to win along with suffering the downwards push.

 Linking the birth with specialized acceleration and deceleration is one of the most heinous drama unfolded in the name of God. If a wise man doesn't treat his mate with a paltry feeling how can almighty treat different groups with different gloves?

Game of upmanship

The cancer of upmanship is present in all spheres of life. It may be in a work place, between the sportsman, between the politicians and also between the governments. It does exists in family between family members especially between aging father or father-in-law and latestly groomed son or son-in-law. 

 

 

Well, between family members may look like a small issue but it as dangerous as between governments. Between the governments will result in a full fledged war but between family members can result in disintegration of families. The loser is ultimately unity and co-operation values that is essential for the development in all spheres.

Though environment may support you to gain that upmanship at ease, but the exact effect of this upmanship is that you shall move away from a huddle which gives you a lonely feel. You are continuously pushed into thinking the ways by which you will loose this upmanship and hence you are forced to doubt the guidelines of the your loved ones who can see you and yourself beyond the cover of upmanship with which you have covered your self.

It is indeed expected to have a fatherly figure to guide us and steer us in a direction of worthiness but a well learnt person will give up upmanship at that moment and stop running behind it.

Fake punishments

Stage managed encounters are a curse to the society. It may be killing of four yet to be proved guilty culprits of Hyderabad gang rape or the killing of Vikas Dubey in UP. While the former were first time crime accused and latter was a renowned rowdy sheeter.

World is still at cross roads about capital punishment, these types of encounters totally pulls the air out of such debates and few responsible person submit themselves to such acts for few minutes of fame and heroism which are far away from actual implications these encounters have on the mood of the society.

 

When you deeply look into these types of terminations, it is strange to notice there are not influential people on the list of such terminations who wield a strange power to degrade the state of law and order under special blessings of the ruler who follow a closed eyes strategy while dealing with such powerful people.

Terminating a person before proven guilty is actual a safe game for the rulers who do not wish the actual reason to come into foray which resulted in such ghastly incidents. In case of Hyderabad, the family of the victim had earlier alleged that the police did not respond quickly when they approached them to lodge the missing complaint at 11 pm. They said the police wasted a lot of time over jurisdiction issue between two police stations, besides asking them inappropriate questions. In case of UP case, if the rowdy sheeter ever converted into approver would have spilled the beans about his influence in the administration which helped thrive for so many years without fear of law.

Behind white washing of every case using the emotional rhetoric as an excuse these lies a black spot of loop hole in the system which administration don't wish you to look into.

Sabke sab hamare bande hain

 Its always expected that an organization works in unison, a great sense of co-ordination exists between various stakeholders. This is possible only where there is a clear layout of goals, principles, rules and regulations laid out describing the role of each and every performer.

In a private organization, leaders practice we command you follow policy. Yes, they do listen subordinates but they listen when they are convinced that listening adds their profit performance. At the brink of the moment they can relieve subordinate from existing responsibility to a new domain. Subordinate is expected to pickup from where he has dropped. In short a thought exists in the leadership that every component can be defined as per their convenience exclusively. Leaders share this exclusiveness with their manager who are entrusted with powers to regulate, hire and fire their subordinates.

But when it comes to government organization, its effective operation and strength lies in amount of liberty to perform bestowed upon the different departments delivering their own distinct service. Each section is respected for its independent observation and functioning. Government miserably fails when it began to thinks on lines of private organization and resorts to convert the pillars into a mere propagandist script parroting in order to put forth a rosy picture.

The performance indicator of private entity is all about profits and business expansion strategy. Social service is an optional part for them. When it comes to government organization they have huge responsibility of guaranteeing the welfare of the people who are within their ambit in all the spheres.

Thou shalt be regulated

Do you know, according to wikipedia there are around 26 regulatory bodies in India catering to different segments right from film certification to banking sector. Ultimate aim of regulations is about ensuring fair play among the service providers so that interest of the subscribers is protected from deceptions of errant players.

Utmost, common man is exposed to traffic regulators who help is flow of vehicular moments. These regulations or regulatory authorities are governed by the democratic principles and policies of the government and apply to concerned group without any bias w.r.t. religious or political affinity. These are normal behavior of  regulatory authority.

Now let us understand how this concept of regulations which was initially conceived for systematizing a disorderly entity has slowly been developed into tool for ensuring that governing authority exercises a kind of control over the subjects. Latestly there has been hue and cry by certain sections of society that social media sites are unregulated and therefore posts which doesn't comply with the authority of ruling government appear from various account holders.

Every social media sites have their own regulations under which user is constrained to act upon to maintain healthy atmosphere. Now the government wishes to add an extra layer of regulations so that the sovereignty of the country is safeguarded from attackers.

Difference between social media site regulating your post and a government regulating your post is that social media site regulate you for the maintaining a basic human decorum such as barring you from posting pornographic content or the content that has fake information and so on. But when government pokes its nose they can influence your opinion about the functioning of the government. In short your opinion is either monitored or regulated or both.
