I am a supporter not a follower....

Before moving ahead, if you are a political fanatic who thinks that leaders should not be questioned, then excuse me, you should not be continuing. If you still continue, its at your own risk.

There were strict orders from government. Those who discuss the health status of Chief Minister over the internet/ social media , they would be arrested and prosecuted. And the same was done using the state police machinery with a quick reaction time.

The intention was clear about preventing the panic situation. Days passed and ultimately the Chief minister was declared dead. Police did a wonderful job and no riots were reported. From Prime minister to President, condolences poured in. Amma is being replaced with Chinnamma and the show is moving on.

Well and good. But according to latest report in the leading newspaper around 203 people die of Shock due to demise of the Chief Minister. It is quite hard to digest the numbers and party to which the Chief minister belongs has decided to compensate for such deaths.

The question remains, why is that people die of a shock and grief of a chief minister? Ultimate answer would be love on the beloved leader.

How much is too good to bestow the love on a leader rather on their policies and philosophies. That leads to discussion on difference between being a supporter and a fan.

In a college, students elect a class representative, who is well versed to communicate their ideas/ decisions to the higher authorities and act as a point of contact to the entire class. Students respect him/her for the role taken and thank him/her whole hearted. Its not difficult to replicate the same on the political level.

But things get complicated when the class representative instead of doing the required simple job involves himself in non-required complex jobs like doing some kind of dis-information campaign or becomes a medium of extortion for some additional marks/ influence. The class segregates into pro leader and against leader resulting in polarisation and things get complicated further.

So when looked into above prism of things, the so called "love in politics" turns out to be a complicated form of doing politics and polarising the people to such an extent that you make them die for you. Is it fair? In other words a person who merely was to act as a voice of people to understand their problem and solve the issues, when turns out to become a power house to create a different level of power circles around you, its a complicated version of democracy resulting in unequal development of the society.

It is not fault of the politicians, instead it the fault of we common people who try to extract a demi-god of the leader and complicate the entire process which serves no real purpose except for show off.

I would like to add a disclaimer. The views expressed are aimed towards spreading awareness on "simple democracy" rather than a complex version. The incidents taken into consideration are for proving the same and not to hurt any individual or political organisation or their die hard followers

Cost of protection... war games... :(

A good happy family with its own culture, goals and ideas keeps itself running with parents being present, grand parents providing the past gyaan and children acting as a future path. Its a complete connectivity between past, present and future.

The aim of every family is to flourish in this competitive world. Some follow ethics and feel that ethics does matter to flourish happily and some just don't care about the ethics as they are happy to showoff the world the material pride they had earned by hook or crook. If things were this much simple there would be no problem but when the greed of non-ethics exceeds the permissible limit the ethical is forced into protectionist mode. Safeguard his/her family from the brutality of the non-ethics. They are forced to spend on this protection and cut on the expense of good requirements of the family. It may be a good education, purchase a new farm house and so on. Ethical is forced.

Just replace the family with country and situation is the same. India is buying arms, lots and lots of arms. Advance jets, missile system and so on to safeguard its boundaries from non-ethical neighbours. India is forced to buy lots and lots of arms.

But should India be happy about it? Not at all because it still has 39% of its kids starving for food according to the latest statistics. It needs lots and lots of money to alleviate the people from below poverty level so that each and every citizen can be guaranteed three meals of the day and a decent shelter and clothing to survive with dignity. Yet India is forced to spend lots and lots of money on arms.

But there is no good big brother who can impose a world order with a vision of seeing human beings lead a dignified life. Instead one is ready to attack the other, upon seeing a weakness and use the same for their filthy profit.

Profit is a word which has diverse meaning and it means different to different kind of people. For some profit is a means of continuing a business on a positive note and see it as an encouragement and for some profit is way of protecting their future and establishing their supremacy over other for decades. Supremacy in terms of insulting and ill treating subjects.

Instead of running the world based on profit and loss pattern, I wish the world leaders should work on a win-win kind of deal where one's profit doesn't become a loss for the other. But a dignified lifestyle is guaranteed to each and every individual on this earth.

Only compassion can counter radicalisation....

I hope that your weekend has been great and have some time to process some text about social issues.

To round up, this month has been all about ISIS terrorism, trying to become a new trend among youth, they are carrying out a propaganda. No one can deny that their propaganda is being accepted among youths in the name of GOD , in the name of social justice, in the name of revenge, in the name of freedom etc etc etc.
All this time , joining to these radical forces were attributed to poverty and illiteracy, but latest attacks at Bangladesh has proved every one wrong.

Just trying to decode, if I were in the position of recruitment for these radical organisation. My target wouldn't have been to recruit a poor malnourished individual instead a young lad with full of ZEAL who can do anything for me would have been a better option.
Yeah, it is the youth who had that uncontrolled zeal undertook heinous crime at Bangladesh. Overzealous youths are danger to the society who when uncontrolled or administered can turn out to be a soft target of these kind of radical organisations. Overzealous youths, apart from needing small push find these inhuman missions a source of adventure to satisfy their youthfulness.

This is just a beginning and this basic problem of overzealous youth factor is going to harm the society in a big especially during this age of two parents working, where in a child is left under the supervision of maid with loads of violent video games to keep its mind engaged violently.
Religion is just a reason, but fancy for violence will make these youths find their own reason to be a part of violent tribe.

Is there a way to correct the mistakes? Yes there is a way and it needs to be adopted immediately. so that we can created a batch of compassionate youth who can outnumber already tuned non-compassionate.
Schools instead of introducing a kid to commercial side of this world which will fail to keep a kid interested in good part of this world should introduce the kid to life side of the world.

Simple way is to make a kid grow a plant and try to harvest flowers from the plant. Beauty of a flower can do wonders. Tickle-me plant, this plant has tiny leaflets which reacts to touch of the person also known as touch me not plants. Kids will find it amazing.Another way of instilling humanity within kids is to help them grow pets. Allow the kids to feed the pets during the school interval. Make them watch it play, watch it feel sorry etc etc. Enabling the kids to understand unexplained silent pain is the need of the hour.
The above are just examples and the time is running out for sure. Keep advising the people around no matter how nonsense they may feel, because their minds may ignore but their hearts will recall the same when in isolation. Pulling an individual towards right path from wrong path is the greatest service you can do for humanity. Best of luck.

A surprise visit to City of Nizams -- Hyderabad

Single 100 Rs. Sharing 10 Rs.

Hold on! It was about cost of hiring an auto. Having visited the city of Nizam for the first time, I knew a lot was going to happen over this first visit. Never to get disappointed, my interest safeguarded.

Nothing was planned but upon continuous mails, I was forced to visit this place. Visiting a customer with half knowledge of the subject is like entering the jungle to hunt down an animal with no weapons in hand. The chances of getting bitten is quite high.

The same fear hounded me, but to my complete luck, the customer oops he should be mentioned as a guide indeed ended up teaching me. We became a got team to deliver  a solution to a difficult problem. A west bengalian with a sheer crave for knowledge and detail, impressed me and of course my way of handling things did impress him to become a good friend.

In between, a pleasant visit to Taj Banjara hotel was also part of my stay at Hyderabad. And I happened to meet Mr. Micheal Hegarty, the MIL 1553 hero.

The above was about the people I visited at Hyderabad.

Hang on I did visit couple of places on weekend.

First of which is Salar Jung Museum

I thought of copy pasting the about available on its website http://salarjungmuseum.in/html/history.html but I wish to speak about the place in my own words. I have following  words to explain the place... oldest collection, highly educative, sexy paintings, complete satisfaction.

Never had the opportunity to visit this type of museum, an absolute treat to a person who wish to appreciate the human race. Two storey building spoke a wholesome language and touched every part of life which you are supposed to know about human race. From love to fight, from western to eastern, from wood to crystal. You name it, you will find it in this museum. It was not a surprise that I spent almost three hours over here. I have following pics for your:

Above are few pictures I like but many hundreds more are there waiting to educate individuals who have that crave to learn more about their past. Take time to visit this place once if you drop in at Hyderabad.

Coming back to 100 Rs for single and 10 Rs. for sharing. This was the concept introduced to me on my way to Golconda, once the capital of old Telangana. I opted for sharing as staying single at Hotel, wanted me to enjoy with people and not to be disappointed, met different kind of individuals and did pay up for a drunkard. Funny.

Golconda is a damaged stone fort where once Qutub Shahi dynasty dwell. You will be introduced to a feel that every strong fort can be destroyed one day or the other. Moreover you will be presented with a beautiful voice and light oriented brief about the history of the monument in a light show wherein the fort is illuminated beautifully for you.

Few photos for you:

I hope you enjoyed the pics and information presented. Have a nice day.. :)

Five years deadline.... From Garden city to Dead City

Luckily, I have my house situated in a locality which gives a good picture of greenery i.e a reserved forest area called Jarakhabande.

While going on a jog through the forest, it feels so good and unexplainable. To be amidst greenery with less people around.

But a huge housing project is on its way, within an year it will be crowded like a majestic area. I will need to share my lung space to the many new comers.

Welcome to Bangalore and according to IISC experts it is on its way of becoming a "DEAD CITY"

I have read reports of climate change, water level increase etc etc on a global level, but to read something of the city which was my birth place I had to recheck the veracity of the report.

Just a bit of google, I was introduced to the picture below:

Please click the link for more information on the picture:

The more I read the article more it has made me to think of the place I happen to live.

The report was more like a scientific paper, the line which really disturbed is that "Each person needs support of at least 8 trees to live in terms carbon di oxide and oxygen balance, but to the contrary reality is completely reversed i.e. only one tree is available for every seven person."

I wished the report of warning had been out when the things were not too bad.

The way Bangalore is being urbanized senselessly, I think it is going to be case study to other cities on "HOW KILLING GREENERY WILL KILL THE CITY"

Once a garden city now racing to become a dead city :-(

Its not to whom you pray but what you pray for and how you pray

Welcome to Hinduism.

I am not here to denounce other religion not even to promote my religion.

But I need religion , because when I speak something spiritual then religion comes into picture and I am Hindu, hence my below write up will surely have a touch of the same.

Again I am bound to inform you that I am not here to promote religion, not mine and not even yours.

Have you ever tried to recall, when was the last time you took support of your religion. Don't worry, I can help you out, or in that case I take support of religion and spirituality whenever reach of my mind gets limited. When my decisions need to take into account the dynamic behaviour of the people around as well as when I feel like making a wish for someone who is near to my heart, religion and spirituality does takes an important position.

I see someone struggling in life and there is no materialistic way wherein I can help him/her out , the last tool I have in my hand is to wish good for him/her  and pray for him/her.

I visit pooja room of my house and pray to my Lord Venkateshwara. I wish for solution to the problems which are beyond my reach of thinking.

Now it was about me, I know that even you do the same unless you are an atheist. You might pray to Jesus, you might pray to Allah.

But it isn't about whom we pray for and it is more about what we  pray for and how we pray. Often we do end up praying something bad for others as a revenge for bad incidence, and again in this case we might not be truly involved.

When we pray for something good to the people we love, we often do it sincerely out of love and affection.

So we do have false prayer and true prayer. It becomes totally immaterial to whom we pray which is basically a function of belief our heart follows.

Content and quality of our prayer is primary and delivery is quite secondary.

The situation in the world right now is quite reversed, wherein we are fighting on whom we should pray and aren't concentrating on what we should pray for.

Hope there will be an end to our madness and we shall really concentrate on what we should pray for and how we should pray.

COLLECTIVE FAILURE TO COLLECTIVE SUCCESS- only saving grace

Basically, being an Electronic engineer, I would like to introduce you to concept of AC to DC conversion.

The AC voltage available on power grid lines is converted to DC voltage so that the same can be used by the electronic appliances which operates on DC.

This conversion is done using a rectifier circuit consisting of DIODES.

Earlier half wave rectifier was used which consisted of single diode and its efficiency was 40.6%

Then came the full wave rectifier whose efficiency was again 81.2%

Finally it was about widely used full wave bridge rectifier and its efficiency is calculated to be of 81.2% using mathematical analysis and as well as obtained double the output of ordinary full wave rectifier.

Sorry for introducing you to an electronic class altogether when you weren't expecting the same.

The reason for this introduction is not to confuse you but to let you know about the advantage of tackling things in deep which provides the solution of best order.

We are deep into science, we are deep into technology but we are not so deep into human values.

This lack of concentrating deep into human values is preventing us from identifying solution for great humane problems which the world is facing at the critical moment of its existence.

Everything as of now is directed towards an end, it may be economical disasters, political childishness, military aggressiveness, religion based fanaticism, environmental degradation.

People are finding it difficult to develop a proper hope about the life on this planet called Earth which has become a safe haven for only few upper cream people and the rest are clueless. Common people aren't fully involved. They may be poor Africans, freeedomless Arab citizens, war torn Syrians.

Above are the highlighted plight but there are many more which are far from spotlight.

There needs to be some sort of deep analysis on why these unsatisfied souls are being generated? What is that these souls have basically been misguided about? What it takes to retune these souls so that they can attain the right direction? Who should be held responsible for this gruesome situation?

ITS A COLLECTIVE FAILURE.

BASICALLY IT IS IGNORANCE ON PART OF THESE PEOPLE WHO FAILED TO DEVELOP DEEP ROOTS WITH THEIR HUMAN BASED VALUES WHICH IS DRIVING THEM TOWARDS COLLECTIVE FAILURE.

SECONDLY, IT IS THOSE WHO HAVE IDENTIFIED THIS COLLECTIVE FAILURE BUT HAVE NOT MADE ANY EFFORT TO CORRECT IT AND INSTEAD ARE USING THESE ONE TIME FAILED SOULS FOR THEIR BLACK LISTED JOBS AND PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM GETTING INTO COLLECTIVE SUCCESS MODE.

Salute to knowledge

There many reasons for people to thrive on this earth and it extends towards many directions that is hard to be quantified and modelled.

One of the most difficult aspect of part of life is to chose a role model or an indicator to the proper direction of life.

We find many indicators around who are ready to become our destination and we are busy proving them that they are not for sure.

Sometime we may succeed and sometimes we may not. This battle which is hard to explain to the outer world occupies much of our life.

Coming back to the indicators, we surely get lured. Indicator called money lures us to become our destiny, desire of leading high social status lures us to become our destiny, revenge on someone becomes our destiny.

But we keep fighting to make sure they do not  become our destiny and we keep reminding ourselves on these things with  newer philosophy which keeps us away from the wrong indicators.

This process of identifying newer philosophy is indeed a function of a factor called KNOWLEDGE.

KNOWLEDGE keeps us active and never allows us to settle for nonsense. Its the reason for certain people not settling for anything but KNOWLEDGE which is a perfect indicator and keeps us informed about the value of things around, to make sure our destiny is indeed something valuable.

Click the right button

I was going through the problems which the world is facing right now and listed few of them as below:

1. Environmental fiasco
2. Religion based terrorism
3. Economical inactivity
4. Expansionist mind-set by super powers
5. Racism

I would like to squarely hold the super powers responsible for this worse situation. Their silly limited perception about the world of keeping their immediate surroundings neat and clean, but are in no way worried about the rest of the world, referred as "third world".

They are indeed fools to treat Earth in this fashion, yeah they have pretty good mind to stand developed but ignorant enough to let the rest of the world remain unattended.

The air they breathe is common to the whole world, the sunlight they feel is common to all, the water they drink flows round the planet. But they feel superior because they are technologically advanced. How is that possible they forgot a fact that, Earth never listens to technology, though human beings do.

A large solar storm, and your technology symbol satellites/space stations etc are up in flames. A mild earthquake/tsunami and your technology symbol nuclear reactor becomes your enemy.

I mentioned five important points in the beginning and do you know a common thread which binds all the five. Its LACK OF LOVE.

You don't love nature and you harm environment, you don't love religion and you harm another religion, you don't love your job and you stand exposed to economic turbulence , you don't love small princely states around you and you harm them and lastly you don't love a person with less knowledge and term him/her racist to harm the same.

The time has come for world leaders to realise the fact that the world is not like bits of paper as they see, but it as bundle of nature to be treated as a wholesome.

If the time taken to realise this fact exceeds the threshold then the time will arrive wherein Earth will be forced to bid a goodbye to stupid HUMAN RACE.

I wish the world leaders shall CLICK THE RIGHT BUTTON at the earliest.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.. :)
